Great room with everything you need and a good location

Room ok but then what a bad welcome... I have traveled to many places in Sri Lanka and the welcome here was really the most horrible. You feel like you are disturbing. I had booked a room the same day for the evening. 1 hour before my arrival I received a call from the hotel telling me to cancel. It was 6 p.m. I told him that he canceled and that he would refund me. Finally he told me that it was ok that I could come. I arrived in the rainstorm and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before having my room. I was soaked. Before going out in the evening I asked the owner if he would not have an umbrella to lend me? He told me no. while I saw one at the back of his living room. He answered me that no, this one is his. This gentleman was in front of his TV and wasn't planning on going out... in short, no sense of welcome, I didn't appreciate it at all.

Location is great! Far from the main road and at the same time almost in the middle of Weligama. Fast wifi as advertised, also a good fridge and a kitchen is a heavy benefit.

It was our first accommodation in Sri Lanka on our trip as a couple. We were very satisfied with everything. Do not doubt the cleanliness, everything in the room was very well cleaned. Especially the owner was very quick to respond to my every question and was very helpful. The internet works smoothly and high speed. You can reach the ocean with a 2 mins motor ride, very close to the street with restaurants and cafes. Although the location is very central, it is very quiet, it was great to wake up every morning with birdsong. a place I will definitely prefer on our next trip ❤️

Very clean and comfortable stay with comfy Beds, AC, washing machine and Hot water shower. Owner is very sweet and very help full, they give us to coconuts I love this hotel, very clean and super comfortable , recommend 100%

Access and close to city

Super friendly and caring owners. The place has everything travelers need. But it's all in one room really packed (e.g. the fridge is right next to the bed), just be aware.

There was a common washing machine we could use for free, the room has all you need with basic kitchen and fridge. The staff was really nice and helped us with different things, unfortunately we did not get to know each other and wrote only via whatsapp

The room was clean but the cushions are really old and moldy and there were some ants in the bed.

Hotel has a good location. the price is really good for the room like this. I liked that room is clean and there are a small kitchen inside.
