Point of View

Very communicative and friendly host. The view really is just so incredible. Can't think you would get a better view anywhere, amazing to look at from sofa or have breakfast looking out over view Less than 10 mins walk to the old town and near some nice bars in waterfront. The apartment is so beautifully and stylishly done up making you feel really relaxed and at home. Had to pay a deposit by international bank transfer to secure the place which was a bit annoying at first, but from my understanding staying at various places in montenegro - taking payment through booking.com is not easily possible. Overall not sure I could have chosen a better apartment - for sure would stay here again. Would highly recommend. Incredible place and such a good location. The view really is amazing and not sure the pictures fully represent how good it is.

Perfect location. Well designed studio with everything you need! Doesn’t feel cramped at all. The balcony is amazing and you can spend hours sitting out. Only a 10 minute walk into the old town. Would 100% recommend.

Przepiękny widok z okna, duży taras na poranne śniadania. Apartament jest super, ładnie urządzony, czyściutki, wygodny, duży plus za udogodnienia w kuchni (ekspres do kawy). Właścicielka zadbała o to by wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Dużym plusem jest też miejsce parkingowe i lokalizacja, można dojść spacerem do starego miasta o nad wodę.

The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with literally everything you may need (e.g. a whisk, a hair straightener or laundry machine tablets). The views are spectacular and the swing on the balcony is where I spent most of my time when I was in the room. The location is also great, only 10ish minutes to the Old town on foot. However, I have to say that the best part of the experience were Iva and her family. I managed to get a stomach flu while I was there and they did everything they could to help me, including bringing me medication and bananas. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and would definitely stay here again. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This place has everything you need and more! The views are unbelievable and Iva and her family are amazing hosts! They even helped us when our car had a battery problem. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The view was stunning and ever changing. The location was perfect, slightly away from the busiest part of Kotor, but within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment to couples who want a beautiful escape.
