Point of View

The apartment was stunning, immaculate and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A 10 minute walk to Kotor Old Town and directly down the stairs to the beach. Close enough to everything without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle. Huge bonus to have had parking on a driveway too. Iva was a wonderful host. Quick and easy communication, with advice on places to visit that you may not have considered when planning some of your own itinerary. Highly recommend future bookings here.

Not a negative towards Iva or the apartment. More of a consideration for future bookers, as the apartment is in the hill, there are lots of stairs and a couple of steep hills to walk up to the apartment when coming to and from the beach/old town without a car. Unless restricted mobility, do not let this put you off booking as its fabulous.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was a great location for east access to the beach and old town!

The apartment has everything you need, was very clean and near to Kotor old town (only a short walk away). Iva the host is very kind, helpful and always available.

Kotor is such a cute town, well deserving of its accolades as the "new it" town on the Adriatic coast - it really exceeded my expectations in every way, especially our stay at Apartment Point of View. We booked the adorable studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the bay, the owner was so kind and she even picked us up from the bus station with her car. It was such a relaxing place to stay for 4 days, easily navigated on foot, with plenty of great restaurants to enjoy good food at reasonable prices. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and it was a quiet oasis from the hubbub of Old Town below. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a beautiful getaway and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in the one bed studio apartment at Point of View was just fabulous. The apartment is modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, great shower with plenty of hot water, the owners have thought of everyting, a real home from home. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes walk to the old town, 15 minutes walk to the bus station, 5/10 minutes walk to the waterfront with bars and restaurants in both directions. Lots of small supermarkets close by, but we found Aroma supermarket had the best choice for everything. The icing on the cake was the view from the balcony, it is just breathtaking, arguably one of the best views in Kotor Bay. Our host Iva was super friendly and always responded quickly to any messages.

Having to leave to come home !!! Whilst it didn't bother us , there was no microwave. Also , again, whilst it was not a problem for us, there are steps to the apartment, and the surrounding roads to and from the apartment are quite hilly, so something to be aware of.

The location is great as all places of interest are in walking distance - even the hospital which I had to visit with my kid and our experience was great:) The apartment was spotless clean as if it is brand new and no one lived there before. It is very light and pleasant, has everything you may need to feel like home! And the host, Iva is amazing! She helped a lot with all our requests and had a lot of useful information ready for us (how to get around, where to eat, what to see).

There was nothing I didn't like - I think it was my best experience with holiday accommodation in my whole life:)

We absolutely loved our stay in Iva's apartment, which ticked all the boxes- beautiful views, convenience and parking. It is only a short walk to the old town area, and we were kindly shown a short-cut down the stairs. Communication with the host Iva was also excellent, highly recommend!!

Please note that a bank transfer deposit is required upon booking (rather than a deposit being made through the booking site), which I did not realise at the time of booking. Not a negative but something to be aware of to avoid the same confusion :)

We arrived early but kept our host informed and they were waiting for us and we were able to check in early. The apartment was modern, well equipped with amazing views from a wonderful balcony
