The location was good, and the apartment was very spacious. Good communication between the host.

Parking was occupied during the day, and I had to get up from bed at 11p.m.to move a car when it came free...,but it's all good.

Unable to gain access beyond the property’s security gate, we searched for approximately 15 minutes until we discovered the open/close button. Once on the property and having only received an access code during the online check-in process, we used the code to unlock the lock box. Keys in hand and no idea which door it unlocked, we searched again and realised that we’ve got one of the basement apartments. To be fair, the apartment itself was well-lit and the interior matched the photos on the listing. However, it was unbelievably clear that the apartment had not been cleaned properly, if at all! Bathroom: •a lot of dried toilet paper between the bristles of the toilet brush •short hair trimmings in the toothbrush holder •a used bar of soap & an empty bottle of body wash in the shower Bedroom: •a live spider and several cobwebs behind and alongside the bed Living room: •a large stain on the sofa as well as the smell of perspiration General: •a visibly light layer of dust and tiny bugs on some of the surfaces and shelves •an overall clammy and suffocating atmosphere The owner needs to update their listing to reflect a more accurate version of their apartment as all of the above is totally unacceptable and no paying guest should have to accept this!
