Buddha Luxury Apartment Kaunas city centre

Very complicated accsess to the apartment, especially when the description on Bookings does not state which floor the apartment is on. That the apartment is in the basement we only found out once we arrived and called the owner. I guess it is much more beneficial to mention that fact in the listing than to get a negative feedback purely on this fact. Total nightmare to find the apartment and get access to it. The main door has no any markings, numbers or directions to were the guest should head. One of us has fobia of being in the basement, so that was a big challange for him to enter and stay there for overnight. The instructions of how to unlock the apartment came as a link which does not open, would be much easier if the instructions had come as an email letter. Total nightimare with finding the appartment and then getting access to it. The bed in the bedroom and mattress not comfy at all. The bed had no headboard so all the time our pillows were falling of the mattress on the floor, mattress not comfy at all. The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfy aswell. Restless night for all us three. Would not come back, very sorry
