"A decent place to use as a base to explore Hakone"

A spacious house that cab easily accommodate up to 9 people or so. We were a group of 4 and it felt super spacious for us. The facilities are good and the location was decent - bit of a wall up a hill but it worked for us.

The beds were not comfortable and the cutlery, plates and glasses were not all clean.

We had a great stay here. The property was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. It felt well maintained and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to town and convenient for getting around. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a long day out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, well maintained. It was easy to find a to check in. The owner answers within 5-7 minutes. Very clean and in great location.

Nothing, all good. It was too big for family of four. It will make a great value for money if your group is 6 plus sharing 3-4 rooms.
