"The radiator didn't work"

Nice place, quiet private houses around, clean. The room is small but cosy, good for two people. There are dishes, microwave, fridge, hairdryer.

When we spent the night, the radiator was not warming and it was impossible to adjust it. It was very cold, especially in the bathroom. We realised that the battery was not working at 23.00. The landlady answered the message only in the morning. We had to sleep in our clothes. It was very uncomfortable to bathe. My husband gave me his warm socks and then he was sick after our trip. Also not very good noise insulation, could hear the neighbours too well at night.
