K-Town - Cozy Apartment Near the City Center

I recently stayed at K-town cozy apartment, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The accommodation was far from what I expected in terms of cleanliness and hygiene (see pictures 👇🏻). Upon arriving, I noticed spiders and bugs everywhere throughout the space, which made the stay uncomfortable and quite unsettling. It's one thing to encounter the occasional insect, but this was beyond that—it seemed like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in some time. When I brought this issue up with the owner, hoping for some sort of resolution, I was brushed off and told that my concerns were simply an "irrational fear." I found this response both unprofessional and completely dismissive. Expecting a clean and bug-free space is not irrational—it's the bare minimum for any lodging, especially one you’re paying for! I cannot recommend K-town cozy apartment to anyone unless they address these serious cleanliness issues. If you're considering staying here, I’d suggest you think twice.

The stool was already broken. I literally fell off from it. It seemed the room wasn't ready to host us.

The bed sheets where very soft, had a nice rest in the bed.

Location was quite far and hard to reach when walking from the city center. One of the doors of the apartment didn't work (only the see through door closed and locked), so it felt a bit unsafe.

Name matches reality. The apartment was super cozy, everything clean, bed comfortable, all necessities provided. The surroundings are peaceful and the bus stop and supermarket really close. Perfect for solo travellers.

The only cons were the quite loud footsteps and voices of the guests upstairs.
