老闆十分用心，資訊非常清楚且豐富，也主動在入住前聯絡告知相關訊息。廚房及洗衣沐浴設備超級豐富，令人難忘！車子可免費停在住宿前院，非常方便且實惠！

樓梯有點斗峭。搬運大件行李感到困難

"快適で過ごしやすい"

備品が充実しており、手ぶらで行っても困ることがないどころか、ホテルよりも快適でした。自炊するにも全てが揃っており、アメニティーは選べるほどあるし、3歳の子供と一緒でしたが、子供向けのおもちゃやカトラリー、椅子もとても助かりました。また、友人を20時まで呼んでもいいというルールが今回、宿泊の決め手になりました。 徳島にくる際はまた、こちらでお世話になりたいです。

Very clean and spacious apartment. Lots of little signs around the place giving helpful tips on how to use things. 7/11 convenience store just around the corner.

Although they provide a drying rack, it wasn't big enough for 2 adults and a baby worth of clothing.. maybe they could invest in a washer/dryer combo similar to other places in Shikoku.

"若い子連れ旅行には最高でした😊"

大人２人、子供３人（3歳・５歳・９歳）で泊まりました！ 小さい子だとホテルや旅館は気を遣いますが、一軒家タイプですのでお風呂もゆっくり入れてありがたいです！ 67歳の母と一緒でしたので２階の部屋で荷物の上げ下ろしや階段がやはり厳しいようでしたが 30代の私や子供は問題ありませんでした！ １階には住人さんがいらっしゃるので、飛んだり跳ねたりは少し気を遣いますが、 あとはきれいだし、掃除も行き届いているので快適で問題ありませんでした！ 値段もお安く、次回の徳島旅行ではまたお世話になりたいと思います😊

60代以上には階段が若干難点になるようでした
