Lage am Strand und der Strandpromenade. Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, 10/15 min zur Altstadt. Gut ausgestattet. Blick aufs Meer

Leider direkte Nachbarschaft zu riesigen im Bau befindlichen zukünftigen Hotelkomplexen. Durch die Nähe zum lebhaften Treiben Richtung Altstadt recht laut, wenn man empfindlich ist.
