The location near to beach, restorants, old city all by walking The apartment is huge, very comfortable, big rooms. The view from the balcony is amazing

The communication with the host wasn't direct. She sent us to the wrong address to make a copy of the passport without telling us that we need to pay the tourist tax. Other host did the all prosiger and paid the tax.

1 of the bed settees wasn’t too comfortable

The apartment is privately owned and in a hotel so it is accessed via the hotel but not part of it, this was not that clear at booking. there was a nice balcony. The place was very clean Location near to beaches and many restuarants and shopping

This is described as luxury and whilst it is nice it falls far short of luxury. for example chipped plates and no wine glasses. The apartment was described as providing free toiletries and these were not provided. There was very little in the way of extras given the cost of renting the apartment. The apartment was described as having access to a pool and gym this was not the case the owner told us we had to pay extra 30 euros each person to use the pool. in addition the apartment was advertised as having a sea view which it did but was a poor one and the apartment immediately looked out onto a building site whice was an eye sore. Fortunately the builders seemed to be not working as we did not want to have to listen to any noises from the site. The owner was responsive to messages but not able to help stating the issue was with booking.com. We have since complained as this fell far from short of expectations and was expensive for the basic provisions it provided.

V ceno ni všteta uporaba bazena in savne, ampak le apartma. Ni zasebnega bazena. Uporaba bazena v hotelu stane na osebo 20 eur na dan.

Space, Location & View

Fake Expectations to the potential customers, Fake appealing of pictures which services are not included in the product description. Especially, swimming pool, sauna, & spa are not included which seems more appealing on apartments description.
