Wonderful location, right next to Laisvės Ave.

Although labeled as a "smart flat," there's nothing smart about it. Upon arrival, you're met by an arrogant and impolite man who demands a 100 euro cash deposit. If you lack cash, he suggests either visiting an ATM or seeking accommodation elsewhere. Upon departure, you must wait for the owner to inspect the apartment and if everything is fine the deposit should be returned. The apartments themselves appear worn-out, with an unpleasant odor and lacking cleanliness.
