Nice apartment in really good place!

Location and convenience

The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the bed a little small.

-The apartment is located in the heart of Kaunas, which is really convenient and time-saving as you can get to the main attractions on foot; - The host was helpful and very responsive. He met us at the location where we parked our car, gave us the keys, and showed us around the property; - there is parallel street parking (free from 20:00 to 08:00) if you prefer that; - the apartment was clean and well-equipped;

Access was easy. No worries here. Location was good. Apartment was clean and nice with the exception of the host's lies. This host needs to be reviewed and have the listings confirmed. I would never stay with this host again.

Our listing said the apartment we booked was a garden view apartment with air conditioning. It was a street view apartment with a broken AC. We had to open windows to try to remain cool, but that made it very hot. We mentioned that to the host in a nice way and was told we screwed up and was angry with us (check the messaging). We sent a picture of the listing showing it was the apartment we were in and was lied to by the host stating that the listing was of an apartment in Vilnius. Very rude host with a bait and switch listing.
