Staff were very nice and helpful. The guy from reception is very nice. There is a lot of options for breakfast in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, we found this hotel very far from the centre. It will take you about 45 minutes by bus. From Tokyo station you can take the bus number 5, but if you have big bags , the driver may not let you in ( it happened to us) The hotel is just next to the train station, and you can hear the trains very clearly!

Nicest Host Sho-san is truly a dream such a kind and helpful man, food in the morning for breakfast is generous and there is a lot of choice, the kitchen is very well equipped, facility also has washing machine and dryers

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and even got us a small gift at the end. It was a shame we only stayed for one night though. The house was nice, quiet and clean, and our room made us feel like locals. We would totally stay again here next time we're in Kyoto!

The host and his family were perfect. We understood each other with a few useful sentences :). The rooms are cozy and had a really good A/C. However, you really need to think about its location. It is really far and you cant really walk to the city centre from this location, but metro is 10 minutes walk, the bus is also 3 minutes walk. There is also a kitchen where you can eat whatever available thanks to the host.

A beautiful, traditional house that is very comfortable with a polite and lovely staff. My fiancé and I cannot recommend it enough!

I was completely delighted! I was superbly welcomed by very friendly staff. The house is clean and cozy, and breakfast can please any guest! The window offers a stunning view.
