We had a wonderful stay as a family with two adult children. The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved the usb chargers supplied at each bed-head and the fabulous micro-beer brewery directly next door. Thank you for a fabulous time in Takayama.

This was an exceptionally well stocked private house with everything you could need already stocked. There were even colouring books for the kids, we used the kitchen to cook hida beef for dinner and the beds gave us the best sleep of our trip. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Location is near many good restaurants.

One of the 5 beds is near below the aircon. My daughter fell sick the next day sleeping on that bed and had bad headaches. I slept on that bed on third night, also got bad headaches the next day. Wonder why.

The beds were AMAZING. So soft. Best sleep I've gotten in months. It's a cute place too, in a surprisingly quiet area of Takayama (no noise from the beer pub downstairs. Over the river is a more active area). The staff let us drop our bags off early. It's very spacious--probably too spacious for just two people! We liked it, but it would be especially great for a family or group of friends as it includes 5 beds and a large kitchen/living space.

I like a more bustling area, and this place was a little farther away from the central area for food and other action. But you still had good access to Takayama--there was a smaller restaurant area nearby, and everything else was within a 10 minute walk.

Lovely to have so much space after a week and a half in hotel rooms. I only wish we were staying for more than 1 night.

Check in and out procedure clear and quick. Extremely clean and nice. Perfect for a family. Located in the center of takayama but very near to the station. Really perfect

We love the warm and nice house to stay in Takayama so much. Look forward to visiting again soon.
