Luxury Apartment IVA

It’s basically the same as in the pictures, just a bit worn out in some spots. I would say it’s worth for the money. Host was nice and always available.

We had some issues with the shower and the boiler, even after it was fixed it still didn’t work properly.

The host gave clear instructions. We chose this location due to the proximity to the bus station (20min on foot). The flat is quite modern, well designed, with everything you may need. We enjoyed the night we spent there.

We could here the sound of wind going through the pipes the whole night which really affected our sleeping. It may be due to the heavy rain, but the noise woke us up a few times.

The communication with the host was very good, he was always quick to respond. The check-in process was easy. The fact that there was underground parking was convenient.

Although the apartment did look like in the photos, the cleaning was far from satisfactory for me. There was fine dust on the furniture, the floors didn’t look and feel like they were mopped recently and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned well- there were a lot of stains on the shower and sink head and there was even a disgusting piece of solid soap in the shower, with some hairs on it. We were only provided with one shower towel for 2 people and the towels (shower and hands) no were stained, even if they did smell like they were washed. Finally, we didn’t have hot water and had no idea about the balkan system- the host only informed me that there was a catch with the water heater after I complained about the hot water- this should have definitely been advertised in the check-in instructions.

A comfortable apartment for 1 or 2 people. I had a short, but really nice stay. I liked the neighbourhood, it's safe and relatively close to the center. A huge plus is the underground parking space. The apartment was modern, clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need. A very comfortable bed, and a nice balcony. Communication with the host was very good. He replied to any questions very quickly.

Unfortunately it was quite dirty, even after asking owner it wasn't cleaned :/ Payment only with cash
