Luxury apartment IVA is absolutely perfect accommodation for short or long stay. We were in apartment for 8 nights and it has everything you need. Close to apartment you have market Vero, different little restaurants and tobacco shops. Also 2 minutes from apartment are ATMs (Komercijalna banka (we have Revolut card and it doesn't take provision), NLB banka). You have 15 min by foot to center of Skopje. Neighborhood is quite and safe. We rented a car and had place in garage. Vancho was great host. I really recommend this apartment. You won't make a mistake if you book it.

Absolute gem of a place. From the management, facility, to location. Could not find any flaw or discomfort. HIGHLY recommended. It was like a home away from home.

I spent few days in this apartment, it is very modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable studio. The building is located about 100m from the main street in a quiet area. I also liked nice interior design, everything is just like on the pictures. Highly recommended

Charming small apartman, but quite enough for two people. Modern, very clean,fully equipped, the owner available for every question you have. Definitely worth the money...

"Our 5 days Experience"

We liked the fact that Vancho (the person who took good care) was really kind and helpful. Also, there was a parking lot for the visiters. The room was clean and it was filled with the things that we might need such as hairdryer, iron or shampoo. For food, we found a big supermarket called "Vero" near our hotel and some cafes which you can have your breakfast in.

For us, the road was not a problem. However, if you go there with a bus or on feet it might be a problem for you.
