Denicia Apartments

Central location. Good for restaurants, shops and the harbour.

Dreadful communication from the owner. No door keycode sent. No response to phone or email whilst I was stood outside. Entry was only possible because a passer by told me the door code!! No instructions about which room. Wandered around inside till I found an empty room with a key in the door. Only later in the evening did a message arrive confirming the door code and my room number.

The apartments are in a great location, perfect for being able to explore all the sights of Ohrid old town. Literally overlooking the famous tree and down the hill from the Virgin Mary church. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Less than 200m from a small supermarket ("Top Market") to bring things back for self-catering purposes. Darko the host arranged my taxi services to and from the airport, met me on arrival and explained how things in the apartment worked, like the water heater and which bins to use outside on the street.

Some things do need replacing like the light bulb on the balcony.

L'appartement est bien placé, le petit balcon est sympathique et le lit double est confortable.

Il manquait d'équipements, comme simple réchaud, pas assez de verres et de la vaisselle, alors qu'on était trois avec un enfant. Le frigo est un congélateur. L'eau chaude s'épuise vite et la chaudière devient très chaude. La poubelle n'avait pas de couvercle, pas très hygiénique. Je suis désolée si cela vous heurte, mais le confort des invité.e.s doit être prioritaire, mettons nous simplement à la place de gens. Sans continuer à détailler, il suffit d'un peu pour améliorer tout cela, en espérant que cela vous impactera positivement. Merci en tout cas.

El propietario era un maleducado, las vistas a la ciudad o lugar interesante que promete es la tapia de enfrente a 5 metros, las camas son mortales, pequeñas e incómodas, con una sabana que no llega a cubrirlas, y a las 8:50 se ponen de obra a picar en el edificio, las toallas de baño de 60x40, la cocina mejor no tocarla, y así todo... una experiencia poco recomendable

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja!

Zdjęcia nie ukazują rzeczywistości, smród z łazienki rozchodzący się na pokój. Braki w wyposażeniu Osoby zajmującej się na miejscu brak co w połączeniu z płatnością na miejscu i późniejszymi próbami łapania się nie dały dobrych doświadczeń.

Everything, very good, clean, in the very center of the city, 10/10.

Świetna lokalizacja! Dwa kroki i już jesteś na głównej ulicy Ochrydy, gdzie możesz zjeść, kupić pamiątki i dojść do plaży, portu czy głównych atrakcji w mieście. Mieszkanie czyste, schludne.

Brak drzwi prysznicowych - małokomfortowe przy kąpieli. Minus dla właściciela za opóźnienie w przygotowaniu pokoju - czekaliśmy 1 godzinę, co po 17-godzinnej podróży nie było przyjemne.

Being so close to Market Street and able to buy burek just by going down the stairs was marvelous.

Second floor rooms with proper ceiling height is better than the angled roof of the room we stayed.
