Location.

The description of the property isn’t accurate. There was no oven. The AC didn’t work. The apartment wasn’t ready on time. The check in and check out instructions weren’t clear.

Location is okay.

There's a lot of noise around. The building's soundproofing is very poor. You can hear everything going on in other rooms. There are no warnings about noisy tourists.
