Šeimininkė visiškai nekomunikavo laiškais. Kiek rašiau žinučių nė į vieną neatrašę. Dar būtinai reikia palikti 300 € užstatą.

Unfortunately, self-service check-in/check-out is not possible, you have to agree time and meet the host in person. Please note, that the host charges extra for late check-in, late check-out, extra beds, cots and also the tourist tax. Also, a high (300eur) deposit had to be paid in cash, which is a bit unusual, but fair. There is no ventilation. The noise from the street is significant and almost 24x7, so open windows during night is not an option. The kitchen was not clean and some utensils are old or missing (no pan for omelet). There is no shower, just a bath tub, which you must use with care, since splashed water on the floor leaks into the floor below. Overall, the apartment is far from cozy: many objects are broken or worn down, while numerous plastic flowers and dusty carpets don't really add charm.

Location, extra large bedrooms, quite comfortable beds We would come again.

Kitchen was not that clean and some cattles were not in good shape. Shower in the bathtub was a bit tricky for some of us. In the info there was a note that pets cost extra. It came as a bit of suprise for us, that the extra was 20e/day. It would be nice to know the amount of pet cost beforehand. Now 120e was held from our 300e deposit. But of course we would have come anyway.

The location's perfect, can't imagine anything better.

First of all, bad smell when you entering a flat, kitchen needs upgrades. Electric sockets falling. Can't take shower for flushing lower flours. Charing an extra 20€ for 2y boy.

The apartment is beautiful, located in the old town. Everything you need is there.

If you want a quit place to sleep, then its not the best accomodation for you. Its little bit noisy, because of the nightlife outside on the streets. Parking for one car is free, second car is 10€ per night.There is additional extra charge if you check in after 22pm and you need to pay deposit, that you get back if everithing is ok. Early check out, 10.00 oclock

im not particularly fond of giving a cash deposit, but if its required by the owner, then it is what it is.

Great location in the middle of old town. Spacious apartment. Free parking place for car but for example renault traffic, its quite tricky to park. Good place for a family of six. Helpful and nice hostess. We're glad we found this place.

Some noise from street, because near are some pubs. No elevator, 4th floor to families with little ones and necessary things could be quite inconvenient.
