Very spacious and amazing location- right in the city centre. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Owner came as per our request even we changed arrival time multiple times. Location of the apartment is great - in the middle of Riga, Apartment was spacious and equipped enough to stay there multiple days.

Many things we disliked: 300 EUR cash deposit with the explanation that "You know, some visitors are like pinguins". 200 EUR penalty warning sign for smoking inside even the apartment was very stinky and dusty. Stinky well-used towels, beds not really comfortable. One child had to sleep on the foldable sofa / bed almost on the floor. Kitchen deserved complete renovation 10 years ago moreover dirty cooker and fridge. Mold and smoke smell in whole apartment. Sticky leather grous black sofa. Strange artificial plants full of dust, Black-painted walls making experience even more depressive. Only one bathroom and one toilet. Stupid stand-alone tube, impossible to get shower without making whole floor and walls wet. Owner didn't forgot to remind that if we will put water on the floor it will go to neighbors etc. Elevator not working and it was on the 4th floor. One more surprising point to Riga - no restaurant with the menu main course under 15 EUR available in the city center. We had to go outside of the oldtown to get reasonable price for local food.

Very spacious modern apartment in the heart of old Riga, everything one needs for a nights stay. Double bed with a cushion and a pillow each, but only single duvet which fekt awkward for my tall son. Comfortable bath. Fully equiped kitchen. No lift in the building. Awkward to find the right parking gate.

It was end of September and it was cold in the apartment because the heating season hadn't started yet so we wrapped up innthe duvets & watched TV.

Apartment was better than in pictures. Location was also wery good.

location was good but the noise made it unbearable.

- noise from the street made it impossible to sleep, the noise was so loud and literally 24/7 - no AC - everything was dirty and dusty, the floors and carpets were so dirty that our feet got dirty just by walking there, carpets were full of some kind of animal hair, but they charged us 40 extra euros for staying with a yorkie who doesn’t even shed. The kitchen was disgusting, we had to clean the countertops and dishes before we could even start making dinner. No towels or paper towels in the kitchen. The outside of the washingmachine wasn’t cleaned for years! - loose door handles and electric sockets! lock in the wc didn’t work. - showering was very very uncomfortable, there was a tiny bath and no shower curtain or anything to prevent the water from getting everywhere, but we were told not to spill any water! the floor was even checked, if it was dry before the check-out! - one of the 4 beds was basically just a mattress on the floor!

The location was good. It had many rooms.

It had cigarette and dust smell. The toilet was dirty. Bathroom handle was broken. The house was full of plastic plants. The elevator was not working. The host is asking to leave deposit in cash.
