Apartamentu iespējas. Tehniskais nodrošinājums ( trauku mazgājamā mašīna, veļas mašīna, mikroviļņu krāsns, plīts, cepeškrāsns, ledusskapis, trauki, galda piederumi, vanna, tv abās istabās). Atrašanās vieta.

Iekšpagalms kur jāparkojas. Pilnīgi skaidrs ka tā nav apartamentu atbildība, tomēr iebraucot naktī diezgan šokējoši.
