ALFA apartment

The apartment is very clean and modern. For couples it would be nice.

The apartment located in an old building, on the top floor. Unfortunately on my stay the building was a problem with the Hot water, and it took a day to fix (as it was Sunday when I arrived). Beside of that everything else was great.

Very nice place, comfortable apt, good location, windows are to the park (quieltly to sleep), fells like home. Interjer with cozy details, also coffee, tea, sugar and others thinks nice that was included. Very good apt.

Instructions to find the place, get the keys and check -in/out were just perfect: all supported with respective photos and descriptions. Excellent location if approaching Riga from E, NE or SE direction. Good connection to the city centre. Parking for free was indeed a parking for free and available :)

City tax has to be paid separately and was not mentioned during the booking process. Not a big sum, though. For elderly people might be difficult to get to the apartment's floor - stairs are rather high and there is no elevator. For us is was not an issue.

Toilet flushing button was damaged and didn’t work properly

The property and furnishings are good

The building is old with no lift and the electric wirings are old leading to constant trips in case you use a few items with load.
