Very nice apartment

We booked full board. Only found out when we arrived that we couldn’t have any meals at all due to Ramadan. Owner tried to fob us off with just 600 MAD (4 adults for 3 meals!) recommending we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at McDonald’s 30minutes away which was laughable. He increased payout to 700 and then to 1000 MAD after a bit of a fight. They should state on here no meals included if they can’t provide.

Quartier au top malgres le mauvais temps.

Quartier agréable et sécurisé, mais appartement très décevant. À l’arrivée, pas de chauffage dans un logement humide, malgré la présence de jeunes enfants et d’une personne âgée. Après une journée d’attente, un seul radiateur fonctionnel pour 3 chambres. Problèmes d’hygiène et d’entretien (saletés sous les lits, canapés tachés, robinetterie défectueuse), linge insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Hôte peu réactive. Séjour froid et inconfortable, logement non conforme.

Cleanliness and support. We were actually was late for check out due to my parking location in medina. Yosra,she supported like anything. They allowed us to make delay for about 3 hrs. Wish them best of luck in business.
