⸻ Catastrophique, une honte de proposer un appartement dans un tel état. Mal entretenu et en très mauvais état, avec un mobilier plus que médiocre. Les murs étaient sales… Il n’y avait pas de serviettes et nous avons dû attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour pouvoir nous doucher après un voyage de 15 heures… Aucun produit d’hygiène, même pas un pauvre chiffon pour nettoyer le plan de travail. L’appartement était “propre” juste pour faire illusion, mais il y avait des toiles d’araignées, les tiroirs et placards de la cuisine étaient sales, il y avait même un chiffon à l’intérieur qu’on n’osait même pas toucher. Yousra et Tayeb étaient corrects, mais il fallait répéter plusieurs fois ce qu’on voulait, et je ne sais pas jusqu’à quel point cela dépendait d’eux… L’ascenseur se bloquait sans arrêt, en fait nous avons dû descendre les bagages par les escaliers. Bref, ce n’est pas la première fois que nous venons, mais ce sera la dernière.

Apartment was clean and nice. Staff, guards were very friendly and helpful. Over all location is nice. (However, need to be aware that there is a gate that is locked most of the time between my apartment and those where my family stayed. This made the walk between apartments much further.). Booking handled easily. Air conditioning worked well even on very hot days. Nice to be close to grocery store.

Absolutely need more than one key per apartment. Very difficult to coordinate coming and going of each guest. No blinds or curtains in living room or second bedroom! Washer worked only once, then could not get it to work again. Hot water at sinks but none in shower! Give more towels up front; I had no bath mat or washclothes. Did not receive any free toiletries as indicated on booking.
