The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located inside the Old Town with a sea view. There is a convinient store right below with basic products and many good restaurants in the walking distance.

I wish we would get a warning that there is no parking anywhere near the apartment. Its OK if you dont have heavy luggage or only backpacks. We had to leave our suitcases in the car and pay €12 for parking because we didn't want to dragg our luggage up the castle stairs. I think it should've been disclosed. Free parking is only available before 8 o'clock and first come first served. Another thing was that the sea view is obstructed by an unfinished construction site. Its not on any pictures in the listing. We only stayed for one night so it was not a big deal, but I would feel a bit cheated if I booked a week of "sea view" and got that. The people who run the place were very nice and helpful.

The location and property owner is very good. , Ida who is the owner even gave us a free coffee after the check out. Great people overall

The situation about the rooms is not above the clouds. Just know that you are getting a incredible location within the old castle and in close proximity to what city offers.

Hospitality of the owner really exceeded our expectations, the room was super clean and the view was fantastic! Whole experience was 10/10 and we would definitely come back!

Really great location and price for the old town of Ulcinj. A short walk to the Limani beach which was lovely and to the main Ulcinj sea front the other direction. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and nice little balcony with sea view. Also really good internet connection. The owners were very friendly and gave us warm welcomes.

The room was basic but had everything we needed. So long as you have good mobility and can manage stairs then Ulcinj old town and Zuto is a great option for the area.
