The location is great, 2 minute walking distance from train/ bus station and Lawson, plus it’s about a nice 10 - 15 min walking lake Kawaguchiko . It’s has 2 morning breakfast cafe just 2 min walking distance one Haostay and Enico cafe&bar.. roof top view mt Fuji. It has also 2 private parking.

We only spent one day in Lake Kawaguchiko and genuinely wished we had stayed longer. The town is charming, easy to get around, and incredibly scenic with Mt Fuji looking over the area. Hiring bikes for the day made exploring effortless. First we rode to the Panoramic Ropeway and then around the entire lake, stopping often for breaks and to take photos. It was truly a fantastic day. We are a family of five (with three teenage kids) and this property suited our needs. The location is excellent—everything was within a 5 minute walk - train station, bus stop, shops, restaurants, and bike rental shops. It’s about a 10–15 minute downhill stroll to the lake, and then another five minutes to the Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. Check-in was a little confusing at first, but as soon as we messaged the host they responded immediately and helped us get in without any issues. The property itself was clean, modern, and private - similar to a standalone cabin in Australian terms. It has a modern kitchen and bathroom. Both the heating and water pressure were very good. There’s also an outdoor table and a washing machine in the shed although we didn’t use them as we only stayed one night The living area includes four roll-out floor mattresses, which were comfortable and offered a reasonable amount of space. The kitchen area features a large dining table with chairs, along with two double sofa beds. If you dont need to use the sofas for bedding then its perfect. For us though, we found that once the sofa beds were pulled out, the space was quite limited due to the size of the table and number of chairs. Overall, we really loved our stay and would happily recommend this place.

The only thing that didnt suit us was the bedding arrangement with the pull out sofa beds limiting the space in the kitchen area but other than that the place was perfect !!! Thank you

The futons were comfortable and the place was very well put together in terms of utilizing space! And the view of Mt. Fuji right around the corner was fantastic!

I think there could’ve been more room to put trash in, i felt bad leaving a little bag of stuff outside of the trash because i couldn’t find a place to put the overflowing bags in an outdoor trash. Also, the first neighbors that were next to us in the Dio had kids so we could hear their kids screaming and running around while we tried to relax and sleep.

super proche de la gare de kawaguchiko, le logement est super mignon, j'ai adoré dormir sur les futons, c'était très confortable! trrd bien équipé et propre, je recommande 👍

Love everything about the Leaf. This place is great for a group of 3+ to about 5 ppl. Full kitchen with Nespresso machines and we'll stocks are a great plus. Dyson hair dryer and air purifier & dehumidifier!!! A vacuum cleaner if you happen to make a lot of mess.

There is only one bathroom with separated shower though. Because of one bathroom/toilet if there are more than 3 adults, it would be a line to use. There is also no public area toilets in the area in caseload emergency either so please be aware if your group need to use the toilet frequently (such as elders). Also if you could please upgrade the bathroom amenity. Toothbrush is good but toothpaste is so dried and almost empty from the start. Hair and conditioner, at least, could be Shiseido Tsubaki. And for body, Kao Bioré U Body Wash. The rest is excellent.

The location is very good as it is just minutes away from the train and bus station. There are good restaurants near the area.

Maybe the fotons need upgrading. They are no longer comfortable.
