The location

Missing bed sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover dirty, no blinds or curtains on windows. Terrible communications. Been told by administrators of this property that they are not responsible for this property anymore.

Location is nice

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. Lots of dust and blueberries on the floor from previous owner. Also the cutlery and dishes were very dirty. We only got one blanket even though we’re two people and when we asked for a second blanket they said they do not provide this kind of service. Sleeping Couch is also anything but comfortable - it is definitely not the equivalent to a bed. So for the money I would really except better service.

Location, value for money, clean, nice, had a washing machine which came in handy for a longer stay.

Maybe the only thing that really wasn't too handy is the number of doors you have to unlock / lock when going in and out. Too many.

The smart TV was huge, be sofa bed was incredibly comfortable, there was great natural light

I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was easy to locate, the provided instructions were clear. There were some minor issues upon arrival that got addressed quickly and professionally. The host was very responsive. The apartment itself is nice, quite spacious and well-lit. Essentials were also provided. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

The bed sheets could have been more clean, I contacted the host about that, but they didn’t seem to care :/ Also, the sofa and some utensils were dirty. Even if the place is cozy, I wouldn’t come again just because cleanliness is more important
