The property is in a great location. It was clean and very spacious. The host was helpful letting us bag check for a few hours past check out.

The property payment is cash only which is big inconvenience if you are not planning for it and you are from another country. So plan ahead if you are coming so you do not accrue huge ATM fees getting cash last minute. The local banks do not let you withdraw, leaving you with ATMs as the only option. I ended up paying 90 € in fees for 2 nights of payment. The air conditioning is only in the hall way not bedrooms.

Location and the view from the apartment

First of all, the host called me a day before and informed that there has been some repair work going on in the apartment that we booked so he could "upgrade" us in a bigger apartment for the first two nights (we booked for three nights), just one floor below the one that we originally booked, he sent us the pictures that looked beautiful, so we agreed, even though it was an inconvenience moving to another apartment for the third day. Now, as we arrived, at the agreed time with the host, the apartment wasn't ready to be checked-in, apparently the guests before us did not leave on time. The host could have informed us about it a bit in advance, we were travelling with a 14 months old baby and big suitcases, so that news at the arrival, was a bit of an inconvenience. Further, as we were trying to figure out what to do with all the luggage, the host also told us that we need to pay in cash before checking-in, and he also demanded more that what we had booked the accommodation for. Although, the difference in the amount was not huge but it is about the honesty. He kept arguing for me over the phone that I need to pay extra because of some random taxes. I asked him to provide me an Invoice in that case, so then he came back to me after a few minutes saying that I was right and I do not need to pay extra in the end. Anyways, he also agreed to let us check-in and collect the cash later. Finally, when we could check-in after a couple hours, we discovered that the apartment that was claimed to be "air conditioned" had a single air-con mounted in the hall-way, that was connecting two bed-rooms, an open living room and an open kitchen, so obviously it was not enough, the baby was very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep all night in the heat, so then we moved the mattress in the living-room as it was much cooler and directly next to where the AC was mounted. The bathroom had a very bad sewage smell, almost nauseating.
