We got off to a bad start as I thought I’d booked the apartment in the main pictures with the beautiful terrace. Ours was the loft room. This needs to be made clearer in the listing. The apartment was otherwise clean & well equipped. The pictures didn’t show that the beds were both in the same room. There isn’t a door between the bedroom & kitchen areas so it was hard to get our youngest child to sleep before we wanted to. The location is great & if you open a window you can hear the buzz of the old town below which was nice. Checkout time of midday allowed us to have a leisurely final look around the old town. Apartment was a little hard to find - GPS gets confused. It’s easier from the sea gate!

The listing needs to make clearer which apartment is which. A door between the bedroom & kitchen area would be helpful for families.

בדירה מספר 1 המיזוג לא מגיע לחדרים. אין חניה קרובה ואין גישה עם רכב לדירה. בעל הדירה תיאם עבורנו חנייה לשני לילות בחניון במחיר נוח.

We loved the balcony, the location and the large space. The space was very clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine.

The hot water system didn’t last very long and we were in a group of 7. There was lots is stairs and multiple doors and keys required to get to the apartment.

Perfect location. Absolutely unbelievable view from balcony.

Noise level at night was a bit much, with dueling live music and DJ coming from both directions. Ear plugs helped.

Nothing

You get the best of both worlds, the view on one side is Kotor bay while the view on the other side is the old town complete with old church and the fortress! I mean, for the whole experience what more can you ask for right??

Location, location, location! This property had a fantastic location with the most spectacular view and a private deck to enjoy it from. It was close enough to the old main gate that hauling our luggage through the cobblestone streets wasn’t too difficult. Just a heads-up—be prepared for about 60 stairs to reach the unit, but the view at the top is well worth it. The A/C worked great (a huge plus during warm days), and the kitchen was well-equipped with nearly everything we needed. I’d recommend adding a vegetable peeler for convenience. Another great perk was the washer—perfect for longer stays. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this spot!

While the location and view were incredible, there were a few areas where the property fell short. The deck furnishings were a bit outdated and could use a good deep cleaning. More concerning was the overall cleanliness of the unit—I'd rate it around 3 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, I found a used bandage in the sheets of one of the beds, and some of the dishes and pans didn’t appear to have been properly washed. The tile in the bathroom was also falling apart and there was a bit of mold in the shower. I did notify the host about these concerns, and he said he would look into it. I appreciated the prompt response, but I hope more attention is given to cleanliness for future guests. Another thing to note is payment is required in cash.
