Location and cleanliness

the offer was a room with a balcony but there was no balcony,actually and it was so frustrating. 65 steps for my age was so hard to climb up. Than the bed was very uncomfortable. The both edge of the bed was so slippery we have to be very careful not to fall of.

Unbeatable view out our window towards the water, also the location in town was extremely close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk from the bus terminal. Also quite large considering how central it was.

Had to pay cash (no card option) to a lady who knocked on our door there was no reception etc, if this was warned on the listing I didn’t notice it. Hot water in the shower was temperamental, also the tv had a huge number of channels but overwhelmingly said it had bad connection. Maybe just a bad weather day but that was also the reason we were inside not out in the rain.

Excellent location

The apartment IN THE PHOTO is awesome. The issue we ran into was that the LOFT is NOT the apartment in the photo. Even when printing out our confirmation, there's a really nice photo of the outdoor space, but that IS NOT included in the loft apartment. Felt like the owner was kinda gaslighting me like I should have known that the outdoor spot was not part of the loft.

The photo on the reservation for the loft IS NOT ACCURATE. The awesome outdoor patio IS NOT PART of the loft reservation. It's not cool.

We stayed at the Loft and absolutely loved it. The view was perfect, everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being right in the heart of the Old Town made our stay truly special. It felt amazing to be surrounded by so much charm and history. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Maintenance Issues: The bathroom drain was clogged with hair and dirt, and there was only one heater for two rooms, leading to health issues due to cold weather. Technical Problems: The main AC was ineffective, the TV couldn't connect to Netflix, and there was an electricity outage during dinner. Service Issues: Water was off for 1.5 hours upon arrival, and you were overcharged for transportation. Communication Issues: Despite Booking confirming a complimentary fruit plate and wine, the owner added it to your bill. Overall, the experience was marred by poor maintenance, technical failures, and communication breakdowns with the owner. Spasibo Mr.Visible David...

stairs are difficult with a baby , no elevator
