Kotor old town Palace Bucha

The building there were at least 4 cats, a terrible smell and feces on the floor. This is the common area of the old building. It was very off putting to have to race to get up the stairs and away from the mess and smell.

I had a fantastic stay at Kotor Old Town Palace Bucha! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kotor's Old Town, making it convenient to explore the area. The accommodation was impeccably clean, with all necessary facilities available, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The highlight was the balcony with its breathtaking view—a truly memorable experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor.

The location is very handy easy to find. Very comfy and clean. Very convenient to stay. Can view the Bucca bay from the Balcony. Amazing!

The main door entrance and stairs need to be cleaned regularly from cat’s activity. Need’s to provide litter boxes for them. Loved the resident Black Cat. Looking forward to see him again for the next visit.

the location ❤️❤️❤️ amazing!!! the views both from terrace and rooms are superb!. you can listen to the live music from the restaurants nearby in the evening,but when closing the window,it didnt bother us sleeping. owners were very friendly, and there are plenty of things you might need for couple of days in the apartment in bathroom and in the kitchen.

everything was perfect. but bare in mind-there was a bell ringing in the church nearby every now and then, and quite a lot at 7.a.m,but it didn't bother my kids sleeping.

Entrance area with many black cats with odd smell

The apartment unit was on the top floor. It was in the attic area, with one regular window with a view to the harbour. There were 4 other skylights. The pictures posted are for the downstairs unit, not the one we stayed in. It had a kitchenette, large bathroom and a sitting / bedroom area. Good size for 2 people. There aren’t any open areas, as the photos suggested.

The Old Town Fort area is home to many stray cats. When we entered the building there were at least 4 cats, a terrible smell and feces on the floor. This is the common area of the old building. Over the course of 3 days the entrance area did not change. It was very off putting to have to race to get up the stairs and away from the mess and smell.

Fabulous central location. Everything on the doorstep. The terrace over the water was stunning and we spent much time watching the boats. The size of the apartment was great and very good facilities. Very easy check in too

We ended up spending more time on this terrace than in Kotor. The view on Kotor bay is fantastic. The apartment is well equipped, better than what I would normally expect from a rental apartment/apart hotel in a touristic location. Comfortable beds, authentic furniture, good quality electronics, hundreds of different dishes to serve the table, binocular/telescope, capsule coffee machine, built-in water filter, etc. Clean and large bathroom. Huge size of the apartment. Self check-in. Detailed instructions from the host. I recommend it 100% even thought it is on expensive side.

It is stressful to park in Kotor in general. The town is packed with cars and parkings are usually full. This apartment doesn't have any private parking or a dedicated place in parking nearby. So a guest has to pass this challenge on his own, even though the host gives recommendations.
