Kotor old town Palace Bucha

Amazing hotel. Excellent location. First line view to the sea. The apartment has everything for a family. Above all, the owner helps in everything, available and caring. highly recommend

The property was perfect for what we needed. Very central and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We travelled with 2 children aged 4 and 9. The apartment has a great view and is up above the busy city so you do not notice it once you are in inside.

Great central location apartment within beautiful Kotor Old Town, easy convenient access to the historic town, restaurants, bars & shops. Rear apartment terrace overlooking the harbour is wonderful. Easy walking distance to just about everything, including the local beach. Good bathroom / shower.

Travelling from the UK, finding apartment was initially very difficult, took an hour to locate on a very hot day! No internet service, so a bit stressful communicating with owner regarding apartment directions, apartment key code & wifi pass. Had to log into local restaurant free wifi! No welcome pack unfortunately. Sea View Apartment advertised as 3 large double beds, which is incorrect. It has 2 large double beds & 2 sofa beds, which was disappointing! Bed linen was very limited, dated and a bit of a mix & match. Some drawer clothes units were dusty & with handles missing, so we didn't use. Air con is not provided in bedrooms, but located in hallway, so warm at night. Living room seating is a bit dated, but OK. UK TV channels very limited. Noisy bar/club below apartment playing music until 1:30am, a clock tower nearby which chimes regularly, so difficult to sleep at night. Cash required by owner on arrival, which is very unusual in this tech age, collected by a nice lady. Unfortunately she speaks very little English, so we couldn’t really communicate or resolve any apartment issues, which was frustrating so gave up. We felt the apartment was not value for money, expected much better, listed photos are misleading and confusing.

It was a great experience living in beautiful Kotor Old Town. Lovely view from the window of Kotor Bay and easy to pop back to your place when the town gets busy Awesome to have a coffee machine

We felt mislead by the pictures online, and think the apartment is overpriced compared to what we ended up getting. Windows leak during heavy rain, meaning there was water dripping on us at night

Nice loft in the middle of Kotor Old town with lovely views. The loft has no balcony, but since there were no guests in the larger flat below, the host kindly offered me to use the nice terrace.

It’s on the 4th floor without lift.

Superb location with the best views of Kotor Bay imaginable. Generally well-equipped.

A decent jug in the kitchen would be helpful and a few more wine glasses. Everything else was great.

Great apartment, spacious with amazing view at the port. and from the other side to a beautiful swuare in the old town. Highly reccommend it. Clean, comfortable and with a great balcony.

I was not satisfied with the communication from the owner. He sent a lady to collect the payment (in cash, obviously), who opened the door and came into our apartment. And on our check out, the owner was calling us to leave the apartment before 12 (which was the time of the check out). We arrived at the apartment at 11:50 to take the luggage and leave, and he was standing outside the door just waiting for us to leave after sending a bunch of messages. Not polite owners, im afraid.
