L’aspect traditionnel.

Expérience très négative. On nous a demandé 2000 yens supplémentaires à l’arrivée (montant arbitraire, d’abord 3000 puis “réduit”), malgré un retard annoncé et un check-in effectué seuls. Le comportement de la personne sur place était agressif au départ, puis insistant pour obtenir de l’argent. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas du tout, ce qui était pourtant un critère essentiel, et la propreté du lit (notamment les coussins) laisse clairement à désirer. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

O proprietário da instalação foi muito rude com o nosso guia e motorista, dizendo palavras em japonês, que eu entendi perfeitamente. Ficou até por volta das 20 horas numa conversa se dirigindo a minha esposa, e teve ocasião em que ele me mandou calar a boca. Quando apresentei insatisfação, respondendo muito firme, abaixou o tom da sua voz. Chegou a me chamar de Yakuza.

Shelter of the rain. Plenty of hot water and generous bath. Kitchen well equipped but messy . Whole place was neglected.

It smelled quite badly of smoke. Shabby and unclean. Caretaker was rude, unpleasant and almost scary. Guess it didn't help that we didn't speak Japanese. Check in not smooth and clear. Can't recommend this place,

There were cockroaches in the room and it was dirty

It was nice and cozy . About 1 hour from nikko national park and lots of nice onsens around. Check in was smooth and the owner gave us advice on where to go and where not to go. Quiet neighbourhood and street

Smelled and had a strong cigarette smell when we first got there

Location was good

Very unclean. Kitchen was a mess. Stuffs were scattered all over the place. The washroom smelled bad. The toiletries offered were in very poor condition, although ample in quantity. The place is very congested.

Facilities provided were matched as shown on booking.com. Location is very near to Kinugawa onsen station. Neat and clean with kitchenware, stove and fridge.

Kitchen space is sufficient to use. But some hotel items also are kept there which consumed space. No racks or cupboards to keep luggages

Clean and close to the shops. Grandpa from room 102 was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
