Prevalis Nature Cottage

Марко, отличный хозяин! Мы жили в очень уютном доме с потрясаюшими видами на долину. Помимо дегустации своего вина, кстати очень вкусного, предлагается также еще домашний завтрак с овощами собранными тут же на грядке. Огромный карп на ужин, приготовленный мамой был очень вкусным! Отдельное спасибо за встречу рассвета на озере на своей лодке, это было потрясающе, и в это время совершенно не было других лодок, поэтому фото получились красивыми. Большая благодарность и удачи хозяину! Будет возможность еще вернёмся!)

Eigenlijk alles, met name het uitzicht en host Marco staat altijd voor je klaar. De boottocht met hem was misschien wel het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie. Genoten van de schildpadden in de tuin. En van de quote van de dag.

We hadden graag een koffiezetapparaat gehad (wel lief dat Marco koffie kwam brengen).

We stayed at Prevails Nature House for one night as a couple and had a truly special experience. Marko welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour, and shared stories about his family winery and the area. The house is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail — everything is new, the handmade wooden furniture is beautiful, and the terrace is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You can feel that the space was created with love. Marko also took us on a boat trip across Skadar Lake, which was absolutely stunning. He knows so much about the local nature and Montenegro’s history — it made the experience even more meaningful. Marko is someone you can really trust for honest and helpful travel recommendations. We loved every part of our stay and highly recommend this place.

Ons hele verblijf hier was geweldig. De accomodatie zelf is super hygiënisch en heeft de perfecte locatie. Je kunt in alle rust op het balkon zitten met enorm mooi uitzicht, ook kan je tussen de wijngaarden in de hangmat tot rust komen. Daarnaast waardeerde we de gastvrijheid en de behulpzaamheid van de host ook enorm. De host was mega aardig en zorgt voor een fijne laagdrempelige sfeer waardoor het echt als een thuis voelt. Ps. De accommodatie is nog mooier in het echt!

Marco was the perfect host - we stayed in his accommodation for 2 nights and loved it. He kindly picked us up from the bus station (and also then dropped us there when we were leaving).. he also gave us some of his own wine and showed us his winery. Marco gave us useful information about Virpazar and allowed us to use his 2 bicycles. The accommodation itself was very spacious, very clean and had amazing views. We visited Kotor, Budva, Virapazar and Sveti Stefan on our trip and this was by far our favourite accommodation.

Nothing - we would have happily stayed for longer

The cottage was fantastic with amazing views right from the bed. The location is ideal for heading into Virpazar and secluded enough atop the vineyard to be incredibly relaxing. Marko was exceptional and literally nothing was too much effort. The evening boat tour of Lake Skadar was very special and an experience we will always remember. His recommendations for exploring the area were perfect. Thank you very much Marko

Gorgeous views over the valley from a large furnished terraza where you can sit and watch the sunset accompanied by a symphony of birdsong. The suite looks brand new and is finished with high-end products. The nicest place we’ve stayed in our month in Europe so far. Marko is an amazing host and he is easily reachable by WhatsApp in case you are like us and get delayed in your arrival. The cottage was immaculate, the bed comfortable with nice smooth soft sheets/duvet(I’m a bit of bedding fanatic), the bath was roomy and plenty of hot water and water pressure. Marko was so kind, despite our late arrival, to invite us into his cellar to try his wine. He also did a boat tour for us. The room is even nicer(and much larger) than it appears in the photos.

Nothing. It’s amazing. If you are mobility-challenged like me, do know that there a quite a few steps up to the cottage, but it is so worth it for the view.

Wow, what an amazing experience. From the first moment, it is 100% clear that Marko hosts because he loves doing it. On the night before of our arrival he reached out to us to explain in detail how to reach the place and offered us his boat rides and breakfast/dinner options. After we comfortably arrived we were greeted by Marko who explained about the property which is all family owned for many years. He helped carry the luggage and showed us to the beautiful apartment, which was incredibly clean, well equipped and welcoming to stay in. Marko later took us on a boat tour which can only be described as god damn magical. He took his time, explained and answered questions about the heritage and Montenegro and took us to the best spots around lake Skadar. He also brought some snacks, fruits and even his crazy Grappa (alcohol) which was very good. Later on even though we gave a very short notice, Marko got us an INCREDIBLE dinner from his mother’s local restaurant - a whole fish which was just amazing, including Marko’s amazing homemade wine. The overall experience felt so personal and authentic that we will definitely be back in the future and also recommend anyone we know to visit Marko
