The baths were fantastic and location good for getting around

The staff were sometimes difficult and unhelpful. The electronic checking system was clunky and took forever.

A beautiful, clean and cozy apartment in an excellent location. I could not fault a single thing. Everything that we needed was provided for. It was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the linen was of a great quality. If I'm lucky enough to ever come back to the beautiful city of Hiroshima, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for the early check in!

clean, spacious, really easy to get to the tram and bus station

Very well equipped including TV, clean and a really excellent (!) location with short walk to the peace park and city center.

A little cramped for five people and therefore a little expensive.

Close to atomic memorial park & transport. Plenty of room for family of 5.

A damp smell in front entry which I’m sure could be addressed.
