"Good price but small room and Airbnb style service; no front desk."

Location was fine. Relatively close to a subway station. It was also close to restaurants and Family Mart and 7-Eleven. Very convenient.

The family room that we booked for 4 people was small. The loft is accessible by a ladder but has a 4 ft. ceiling height. Also, there is no on-site hotel staff that are accessible. Everything is done by email which isn’t appealing to us.

Location was excellent and a quick walk to the peace park and public transportation. Room was clean and organized.

Although this place can accommodate 5 people, it was REALLY tight. No space to move around, nowhere to open up all of our luggage. I would not recommend more than 3 people share this space, otherwise it is not comfortable (the beds themselves were comfy though). Also, the instructions for the washer and dryer were very confusing and did not translate well. I recommend they be re-written for a clearer explanation especially for the dryer.

The size of the apartment was exceptional for the price. The location was great (very close to the peace park). Using a passcode instead of a key was very convenient and the building felt very secure.

"huge modern apartment."

Huge apartment! very modern, you can tell everything is new! Your own kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. balcony for sleeping up some stairs that you need to climb, 2 beds, HUGE TV and a sofa bed. Small bar/seat area too. all amenities in kitchen and good coffee and creamer etc.

unfortunately the mattress in the first bed is gone. holes in it and quite uncomfortable. We had a good few nights stay and it was quite quiet however on the last night the people above us decided to have a party and we could hear it all through the night until the morning. There are free ear plugs available.

Very close to the park, easy to get too, easy to get the code. The place was really clean and spacious for Japan, great to have a washing machine as we had been travelling and needed clean clothes
