Dishwasher is broken, some parts of flat need an upgrade and the entry is not easy to find. The part where it says that you need to turn and exit the building to see another staircase should be in bold as its easy to miss, but for its price and size its a find

The location and apartment was nice and clean

The apartment is large so you don't feel like you are staying in a small hotel room. Everything you need in the apartment, linen, towels, kitchen equipment, a welcome bathroom product pack, some simple kitchen stores - oil, sugar etc.

Everything works and is a good place to stay 1 suggestion for the owner: The kitchen floor needs renovating as some of the wooden panels have come loose.

A large apartment with two bedrooms, a very large living room, and a kitchen. Located in the very center of Riga.

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing for several reasons: 1. At the arrival we had a problem with the code for the key box (resolved by phone). 2. Access to the apartment is complicated and demanding (lots of stairs). 3. The apartment was not cleaned (really dirty). After intervention, cleaning was improved the next morning. 4. The photos on booking.com did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment - they showed appliances that were not there - different, worse sofas in the living room (stained with dirt), less furniture than in the photos, no chairs at the table (there were only two, after intervention additional ones were delivered, but in poor condition), no carpet.... If the photos had been accurate, we would not have rented this apartment. A very uncozy place. 5. The window in one of the bedrooms was damaged - it was impossible to close the gap, which made noise from the nearby busy street hearable all the time. 6. The parquet flooring in the kitchen is completely destroyed—the floorboards are sticking out. It is uncomfortable and dangerous.

Top Lage! Eigentlich schöne Wohnung.

Wohungseinrichtung sehr heruntergekommen und nicht sehr gepflegt (Klodeckel defekt und mit Klebeband repariert, beim Duschen überschwemmt man das halbe Bad, Dachflächenfenster und Parkett darunter defekt, ekliges Sofa mit vielen Flecken, Backofen verschmutzt, etc.) …und vorallem nur 3 Stühle am Esstisch, ist 5 Personen doch etwas wenig!

Väldigt bra läge, nära till gamla stan och till parkering. Lätt att hitta och väldigt bra information kring nycklar etc. Vi fick bra tips gällande parkeringen. Stor och rymlig lägenhet, bra sovmöjligheter för oss, vi var fem personer. Stort och bra badrum med tvättmaskin. Två fläktar fanns i sovrummen på övervåningen vilket underlättade eftersom det var ganska varmt och vi hade fönstren stängda pga mycket ljud utifrån. Rymliga sovrum.

All utrustning som är listad fanns inte i köket, tex brödrost. Tv:n funkade inte. Vi hade bokat till fem personer men det fanns bara tre köksstolar, vilket gjorde att det inte var helt lätt att äta gemensamma måltider. Vi tog kontakt angående köksstolarna direkt när vi kom, men fick ingen lösning på det. Soffor och mattor ganska smutsiga. Det saknades sänglampor.
