Apartment Kovacevic Old Town

Perfect location, very nice owner. We had a lovely time in this apartmant.

The location is perfect, in the center of the old town.

Location is perfect.

Its not clean enoughly, not comfortable, showers is broken, heat system is not work smoothly.

The location was amazing, close to the restaurants, shops and waterfront. Beautiful walks along the coast for a few miles. the apartment felt safe.

Some of the cooking utensils eg pots were dated (hard to clean). There were no mugs, just very small cups and no tea towels or drainer, but there was a dishwasher, so we used the rack from that 😄 Also no microwave or toaster. The shower used mixer taps that were hard to adjust and the water power caused the shower to soak the entire bathroom (we quickly realised why all the towels and toilet roll were on a high shelf). Also, please be aware, you must pay in cash, no cards, but there is an auto bank below the apartment.

It is a good option if you want to stay in the old town of Budva and look for a spacious space.

We have had to wait quite a long for a person with the keys.

the location is great, right in old town. close to beaches, restaurants etc. The place is large with a decent patio.

the air conditioning didn’t work in any of the bedrooms which made it almost impossible to sleep, specifically in 35+ degrees! We contacted the accomidation regarding the issue, the first day they provided a portable air conditioning unit for one bedroom however the window needed to be open so it had little effect. We asked twice for fans and on the 3rd day they brought some however they were in a box and required to be put together which we didn’t have tools for. The place isn’t all that clean, the pull out bed has large stains on the mattresses. Reading previous reviews it seems like the air conditioners have been an on going problem, something to think about if your visiting in the heat of summer.
