"Good location, good value, but has some drawbacks"

The location was excellent, near the Mediterranean conference venue.

Bed and couch were decrepid, the rooms and especially toilet were smelly, almost like sewer.

"Pleasant"

Nice location in Valletta

There was damp and mould visible on one of the walls and the apartment smelt very damp every day when we got home. We weren't given a hand towel. The air con wasn't set up (we were trying to use it to help ventilate the place at night).

"Good"

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very poor.

Lack of a lift to go up on the second floor. The dampness of the room .

"Disappointing stay"

Good location!

We had no towels, I called the hotel and was told they would arrive the next morning! We had just travelled from UK! I went to hotel and there was noone there. The towels arrived at 11am! After I had called to hotel again. There were no o outside windows and it was stuffy, no air....none of it felt good for our first night in Malta.

"Great stay!"

We very much enjoyed our stay at Vallettastay Old Lodge #6. The staff (Andrea and Jelena) are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Self check-in was super easy and convenient since we arrived late. We also very much appreciated the EU/UK adapter that was on loan in the apartment. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would be happy to recommend to others.

The water heater is on the small side so you'll need to stagger showers.
