Très bon emplacement dans une rue tranquille mais proche du centre. Contact sur place (Cycelle) très sympathique et efficace.

Je recommande l’établissement ( très beau bâtiment, mais éviter l’appartement que nous avons eu, très sombre . Ok si vous rentrez juste y dormir, mais peu agréable si vous prévoyez d’y passer du temps

The biggest problem is: on the Booking.com website, there are photos of a larger, better, and brighter room. However, we were given a completely different room that in no way matches the promised 55 m². When booking, we were not given the option to choose between different rooms. • Instead of a sofa, there are two armchairs, which are always cold and damp due to the humidity in the room. • There are no surfaces either in the bathroom or in the bedroom to place toiletries or to charge a phone. • In the bedroom, there is only one bedside table and only a single power outlet. • The room is dark everywhere. There is only one window, which faces a kind of inner courtyard of about 5 x 2 meters. Without artificial light, it is almost impossible to do makeup. The bathroom light has a loose connection, which makes things even more difficult. • The room is cold and damp. It is especially colder and more humid near the floor. Ventilation is not possible. The only window facing the “inner courtyard” cannot be opened because a curtain is in the way. • The unclean towels do not make the stay any easier. • The toilet flush does not work properly. Unless you press it repeatedly, the water keeps running continuously. • The only positive aspect is the location.

Communication with the management team was very good on arrival and throughout our stay.

Breakfast was delivered every other day. Would have been good to have a tick list to choose options for breakfast rather than receiving a basket of food which didn’t get eaten.

The location is fabulous if you are not worried about late night music and carnival atmosphere. It's in the middle of the old town Valletta and is around countless fantastic dining options, supermarkets, and transport hub. The accommodation is beautiful and reflected the photos. The bathtub is to die for! Luxury!

Unfortunately, there is very misleading information on the description that the accommodation is "soundproof" but it certainly is not anywhere near this. The windows are single pane glass and one window kept popping open due to high winds. We were not aware until we arrived that it was Carnival and St Paul Shipwreck national holiday during our stay, so the noise outside was exceptionally high and the whole building was vibrating late into the evening with huge speakers outside the window. The main bathroom floor easily became ridiculously wet and shower could do with a shower curtain or something to keep more water in the shower. There might be a leak or floor incline out the side of the shower which causes water to run out. It was a battle to keep the floor reasonably safe from slipping. And floor towels were used as sandbag style barriers...
