The location.

It’s really noisy inside of the building - you can hear everyone who enters the property, who walks in halls, etc. In every minute you hear a strange noise probably from the water pipes of the building.

Szkoda, że bateria do pilota od klimatyzacji się wyczerpała i nie można było osuszyć ani ogrzać łazienki - ręczniki słabo schły. Przydałby się ręcznik papierowy, taca do suszenia naczyń i dodatkowa ścierka do wytarcia stołu oraz drugi kosz do segregacji odpadów

Great location (central yet tucked in/ quiet), safe and a comfortable bed. The kitchen amenities were a big plus for our long stay. The residents were young yet respectful travellers. The building has a historic feel/structure.

Disparities between the *perception* they present and reality: The room, Rosa, on the first floor, was very damp, a health issue with no natural light (see pic) and poor ventilation (no fan in the bathroom). The general description of the property reads, "city view" (yes admittedly it is clear in the detail section). One of the photos (#28) includes a rooftop, which in reality does *not* belong to this property, but rather it's a publicly accessible one next door. The laundry machine is faulty. There was no shampoo on entry (but we found one by chance in the laundry room). The room was not cleaned properly (e.g. dirty toilet). The wifi was patchy.

Location was great, communication with the owner was fast. We had some problem with the heater but we solved it very fast.

Proximity to everything in the downtown was awesome! Loved being able to do some laundry while I was there for free and also had a late check out without charge (great amenities!)
