A fost curat, lenjeria, prosoapele. În chicinetă tot ce trebuie, vase, aparate, detergent de vase și curat.

A fost frig, AC face cald doar în cameră, la baie rece. Locația este departe de centru, pe o stradă lăturalnică. Nicidecum 350 metri, cum scrie în anunț. Cameră nu are fereastră, doar la chicineta, miros de umezeală. Când am ajuns nimic nu funcționa, internet, televizor, AC. A trebuit să scriem proprietarului. A venit un băiat care chipurile a rezolvat problemele.

Sjajan dogovor sa vlasnikom od početka. Ĉist, prostran i lepo uređen apartman. Lokacija je odlična. Jedna od velikih prednosti je lift u zgradi, što je u Valeti retkost. Svaka preporuka.

Very original and authentic place. We got the ROSA apartment, which is on the 2nd floor. Large room with a bed + sofa area; separate kitchen; bathroom is small, but newly equipped. There is a table and 2 chairs next to the entrance to the apartment, but it can be said that it is not very romantic to sit in the stairwell and in the evening, but it is possible if you want. There was even coffee and tea in the kitchen, which was a very pleasant surprise. Air-condition worked perfectly. I would also mention that the communication was very pleasant and after informing that we would arrive in Valletta much earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to arrive and not wait for the scheduled time. One observation, not a drawback, because it is specific to the building: a slight lack of privacy, because the apartments only have windows and glass doors to the stairwell, i.e. there are no windows to the outside; when the shutters are closed - there is a lack of fresh air and it is completely dark, and when they are opened - privacy, because everyone from the stairwell or taking the elevator can see. Also, if you will not close the upper window above the door in the room during night for get air a little, you can hear the sounds of the front door, if someone is talking in the stairwell and the elevator. If for a few days, you are not afraid of the dark or the lack of windows to the street, then the apartments are good to feel the spirit of Valletta. :)

The smell, because it was of old, unventilated, I would even say mold in the room. (In the bathroom it was OK as all newly equipped). You need to solve the ventilation problem. I think at least a bottle of house fragrance would help a little. :) And you should take care of the sound of the front door closing, because there is no puller and if everyone walks without holding it, the sound is very loud.

Все было прекрасно, в номере есть все необходимое, чисто, удобная кровать, милый балкон и кресло, на котором мы сидели, разрешили оставить багаж после выселения

The location is great, in a quiet residential part of Valetta, but within a few minutes walk of tourist attractions and restaurants. You can step from quiet to bustling in seconds. There are several food shops nearby, so it's easy to cook at home if you want, but there are so many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, with enough space for one or two people to act as a good base for experiencing Malta.

Tranquilidad, confort y ubicación

No pudimos utilizar la televisión por no poder acceder a los programas. Poco luminoso, por ser planta baja e interior

The position was very good, though for unfit people, steep hill should be mentioned.

Very dark with a minuscule bathroom, certainly wouldn’t suit large framed visitors. The kitchen was very good and the bed was comfortable. Standard lamp not working and wasn’t fixed after a request made to do so. Fan in windowless bathroom not working. Shower could do with anti slip strips as I had a bad fall, still having Physio to reduce heamatoma. Very small outdoor area, cleaners had to apologise everytime they passed to collect their cleaning things.

Izvrstna lokacija, v neposredni blizini centra, restavracij, kavarn, pristanisca za Sliemo in avtobusne postaje. Prostoren apartma s terasico na dvoriscu.
