Ramzam - Spacious & Modern 3 bedroom apartment with roof terrace

Fed up with those hard to find apartments with key codes that don't work? Meet Ramon, a man who knows how to be a proper host. He lives on site and meets and greets you with a tour of the facility. Happy to answer any questions re your travels and, being local, is well informed. Spacious isn't the word for this apartment. The 3 bedrooms etc can easily accommodate several people. There were only two of us. Space to spare. Excellent bathrooms, kitchen/ diner and lounge with TV that works (and excellent WiFi). Book with confidence and I don't often write that in my reviews!

Very specious and nice apartment. Good location, not too far from the center and the beach. Excellent value for money.

The property had everything. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. Location is near a supermarket and near a bus stop. And 10 mins away from the centre of the village.

The apartment is really very spacious, clean, in good location - close to restaurants but quiet. Ramon is the host with true heart of empathy and care. I have seen many places and many hosts and first time I can say, no, I can promise that you will have a wonderful stay if you book the property now.

There nothing to dislike or regret. All is perfect.

Beautifully furnished apartments on the third floor. Three rooms with living room and kitchen. There is a terrace above the apartment where you can take sunbathe or sit and drink coffee in good weather. The place is quiet, no noise at night. I recommend it for a family without big needs.

Unfortunately, there is no warm water in the kitchen sink, so it is inconvenient to wash greasy dishes. The bathroom is very spacious, but the sink does not run at all, so it is impossible to use. In the other room, the bath is without a door, so it is not pleasant to use the toilet next to the partner:).

quiet, wide and comfortable apartment. Near bus stops, shops and rocky beach. Very responsive host.

I don't recommend staying when it's around +40 outside, because the apartments are very hot and the air conditioners can't cool them down.

Ramon is great host. He contacted us before arriving by WhatsApp. Flat is huge, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Also nice roof terrase. About 10 minutes walk there is a reef where is wonderfull place to swim and even snorkeling. Amazing place!

There was a house in construction opposite of the balcony during our stay. So its pretty noise during the day. When you get to the promenade or center its nice with the canal. Almost all of the sandy beaches are extremly full.

Very big and comfortable apartment. You will find everything and more that you need here. Very helpful, kind and warm host. There is a grocery store nearby. I recommend this place.

The district is not very attractive, but after a short walk towards the water, there is a wonderful promenade that I really enjoyed walking along.

+ first of all the location, because it is equal distance to any point of interests. Second very good thing, exactly the apartaments. Each room was made with love and all my business partners were very happy to find the umbrellas and the beach towels which was not brought because of the laggege weight restriction of our flight. Everything was great and of course the owner of this apartments was very polite and helpful in any questions.
