Ramzam - Spacious & Modern 3 bedroom apartment with roof terrace

Ramon is the nicest, most helpful host. Brilliant contact before our trip and met us outside the property when we arrived. Provided water, bread, butter and cheese for our arrival. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for walking into Marsascala with plenty of places to eat and ships fir essentials.

Parking is not very easy...... limited on street parking. Ramon did offer to allow us to park on or across his drive but we didn't want to cause any hassle for him moving cars about when he left for work

This is a beautiful big apartment that is very clean and is only a ten minute walk to the promenade and also the bus stop. The TV has a great mix of channels which included sports to my husbands delight. There is a supermarket less than two minutes walk away... The host Ramon could not have been nicer, he is such a helpful man and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Ramon as a host and would love to stay there again if we returned to Malta.

The apartment is big, nice and clean in a very quiet street. So you can sleep with opened windows. The kitchen window looks to the street and other windows look to the inner yard with lemon trees. Food shop is just around the corner in 100 meters. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the local beach and the owner supports you with beach towels. Marsaskala is in the east of the island, but it's easy to reach every corner in Malta with bolt drivers. This way of travelling is very popular and the cars are coming in few minutes, you order them. It's very comfortable, as you don't need to change buses.

The apartment was very clean, high-standard and spacious. Well situated, with a one minute walk to the bus stop and very near a convenience store or restaurants. Host was open, very friendly and helpful, even left some food for start. Big roof terrace, air conditioners in every room. Great price for a perfect stay :)

We were very happy with the apartment, Ramon is a fabulous host, very welcoming and helpful. Loved the location, comfy beds, very clean, in a quiet location but easy walking to shops, restaurants, bars. We will definitely return, if you are looking at several properties, I would say look no further! All you need is here

Excellent place to stay, it's very clean and nothing was to much trouble for the host. We really liked the roof terrace and the surrounding area. Everything was in easy reach, shops, nice walks, restaurants and would definitely stay there again

There is a little issue with parking space however, the owner is extremally helpful on any time with ANY issue. Daily store 2 minutes by walk, bakery 10 minutes by walk with amazing croissant, defo try pistachio!! walk distance to promenade, restaurant, water, good pizza. Very specious accomandation. Owner provided few battles of water, bread, cheese, coffe, milk for start. Little balcony and roof taras with pegs and sunbath chairs too.

Spacy renovated modern apartment, with two bathrooms and two terrace. Ramon is heartily gentle, really mindful host. Exceptional good value for money accommodation.

It is difficult to find a parking space, but this is not an area or town specific problem, whole Malta is crowdy by car.
