Дали можливість залишити свої речі після виселення, та забрати їх перед відправкою в аеропорт.

Найбільш негативне враження отримала від технічного стану апартаментів. Пошкоджені меблі, рукомийник у ванні, несправна каналізація, відсутні москітні сітки на вікнах. Брудна сушарка для одягу на балконі. Для того, щоб скористатись посудом потрібно було його повністю перемити, тому що вони були брудними. Відсутні паперові рушники у кухні. Рушники не першої свіжості та з плямами. Фен та праску можна отримати лише за умови депозиту, хоча про це не було вказано на сайті. В апартаментах №17 вікна та балкони виходять виключно у колодязі, тобто жодного краєвиду не побачите. У приміщеннях дуже погане освітлення.

Stanza con terrazzo enorme e con vetrata che illuminava tutto quanto il salotto

Bagno senza doccia chiusa, vi era solo un telo che comunque faceva allagare il bagno stesso e purtroppo uno staff poco presente se non per il ragazzo delle pulizie gentilissimo
