Silver Sands

Perfect place to stay on Flic en Flac. Spacious apartment with kitchenette and large balcony with seaview. Harry and Malini were very welcoming hosts. Pity that we couldn't try the meals at the restaurant Creole Shack but will come back for it next time.

The apartment has an excellent location, and the picturesque beach and shops with services are close (supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange, post office, police, bus stop, taxis, etc.). The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were satisfied, we did not find any flaws. In the last few days, all TV stations have gone down, but Internet movie platforms have replaced them.

The location was perfect.

The host was very warm. And accessible to answer any questions.

Loud music from the neighborhood breach on Friday night. The bed was too soft and the linens look old.

Location is great, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants.

Not too comfy pillows.

Large clean apartment, five minutes walk to beach. Very helpful hosts who run a lunch time restaurant in the same block called the creole shack. The food there was excellent.

It’s an older property and needs some updating. Restaurants in the surrounding area were disappointing compared to other areas of of Mauritius we stayed in.

Location and hospitality from the host Malini was amazing. Had all the basic facilities in the room. The size of the room is big. We had the beautiful ocean view.

If there were amenities in the washroom it would have been better. But it didn't have a major impact on our stay.

I had been to Flic en Flac before, but found this location off the main Coastal Road very central, near the beach and supermarket and yet still very quiet, despite my balcony just overlooking Radar Avenue where cars have to slow right down to turn the corner. You hardly hear any traffic. And it is very secure with digi-pad for the garden gate and main front door, and there is also a private carpark!

All was fine for me.
