Silver Sands

We loved our stay at Silver Sands 3 star accommodation with it's wonderful location only moments walk to stunning Flic en Flac beach, great restaurants & bars & the supermarket. The studio accommodation is very spacious, clean & comfortable. We also felt very safe & secure with the building security set up. It's great value accommodation. Do not miss dining at the Creole Shack below the accommodation for a truly delicious authentic Creole dining experience. The team were so lovely, helpful & friendly to us. Thank you for a truly lovely stay and for your attentiveness and responsiveness to our family. We will definitely be back to stay at Silver Sands!

My only constructive suggestion is that a coffee plunger would be a fabulous addition to the studios!

It was very nice. The staff is very friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The beach is 100m away.

Bed was low and had a foot wide border Dishes dirty. Need to advise people how the TV works (Netflix)

Great location just next to the sea. The host cooked us an amazing local style food. She was very helpful. I highly recommend the accommodation.

The kitchen facility was poor. It needs to be improved.

The location is good close to beach, restaurants and supermarket.

There is no cleaning done at all through out the 5 days stay. Not even change of towels.

Fantastic hosts, enormous room with a balcony, fan and aircon, clean, comfortable, fast wi-fi! At their restaurant on the ground floor, we ate the most delicious meals ever, prepared by kind and skilful Chef Malini ❣️ It's open for lunch - you eat what they prepare, no menu. Delicious creolefood - curry of all kinds, chutneys, definitely the best gato pima on the island, and the coconut ice cream is beyond! #CreoleShack just rocks! But beware, it can be sold out, so call for reservation or drop in early! Location is steps away from the beach with food stands, as well as very close to the centre of Flic en Flac, where you can find all kinds of restaurants, markets, patisserie, massages, post office, ATM and everything you need. Just two villas away, you can rent scooters to explore the beaches nearby, bus stop is practicly in front of the apartment. We had a wonderful stay here, it felt like home!

At the weekends, it can be a bit noisy at night as locals tend to drive around with music loudly on. But it's obviously folklore, nothing to be done 🤷‍♀️

Location was perfect, just few minutes walking from Flic en Flac beach. The studio was very spacious. Staff flexible and friendly. The picture on booking are realistic.

Before arrival the owner asked to pay in advance (against Booking policy); after clarification via phone everything was normal and the payment was done on site upon arrival.
