Brilliant location with great parking. Apartment was modern, very well equipped for a more than comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Not a big issue, the maintenance and timings of the jacuzzi. It is a great addition to the stay though. A small welcome pack besides the water would have been very helpful…eg salt, pepper, sugar, teabags, coffee.

I was very grateful for service and woh the swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was awesome and the best and apartment was excellent and see u again next year

The apartment was contemporary and stylish with lots of mod cons. Lovey kitchen furniture.

A bit noisy from basement car park and busy road (at times). Noisy hot tub which the host quickly sorted out by switching it off at our request.

Everything was great, private parking was really comfortable, we have everything we need

Nespresso machine wasn’t working and it was really loud because of the neighbours

The place was absolutely beautiful and modern. We really enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were super comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

The place was amazing and I am not sure that the owners have control over this but the outside area where the wood is damaged was a bit disappointing as we expected to have somewhat a nice view looking out of the apartment.

Breakfast was not provided. The location was good, walking distance to the beach and other amenities.

I lost a few items I took to gift my family. I had them in a bag kept in the lounge and terrace. I saw them in the morning when I got up however midday when I was looking for the missing items. I reported the issue to the host however she made me feel bad by saying I was accusing the cleaner. I never told her I suspected the cleaner or the cleaner had taken the items. The items contained branded perfumes, Levi belts, and hand cream. Every time I discussed a concern with the host she became very defensive. Ultimately, we gave up and started looking forward to our last day at the apartment. The apartment is next to other apartments. You can hear people talking, kids crying, people walking upstairs, door banging next door. The walls were not soundproof. When I lifted the cushion from the dining chair, I saw bread crumbs, dust and biscuits sitting under the cushion. When I took a cereal bowl from the cupboard, I was surprised to see a food stain on the bowl. I was given a washing-up sponge which was used. The towels were torn. The cupboards were full of dust. The headboard of the bed was full of dust Black Mold around the shower tray and water The seals from the shower door were damaged and full of mold. Water was dripping out of the shower. The shower drain was blocked which the host was aware of. On one occasion there was no electricity. We had to use our torch light to use the en-suite for personal care. When we informed the Host, she told us that people had stayed here during the cyclone without electricity and had not made a complaint. She left us feeling bad that we were reporting these concerns. The generator would only support the fridge and microwave and no other areas. The air conditioning system was leaking. Water was on the floor and luckily I saw it and put a towel otherwise triggering a high risk of falls and injuries. When we informed the Host she said to put a bucket under the AC where it was leaking.

-Very comfortable beds -Nice and clean -Morden furnishings -Larger than expected -Few minutes walk to the beach -netflix -staff communication was great We were very happy with our stay!

Not much bad to say but a little bit of maintenance work was happening with the outside decking. This didn't affect our stay very much.

Everyhing was really nice, almost like new. Really clean. It is excatly like on photos. Highly recommended.
