The apt layout, kitchen utensils. Also nice that there is a washing machine. Although the Wi-Fi was OK, it just did not reach the front pool area, which was a pity. A very big plus for Apt. 3 is that you don't have to pay Cash (i.e. booking.com is handling the card payment which was great). @all: Please check the house rules whenever you book an Apt at "One Bay", as some owners will only accept cash (i.e. in my mind as weird as it is inconvenient). Overall: our Apt. owner very responsive, providing super fast resolutions for any queries during our stay, which was very much appreciated.

1) The wooden finishing of the complex, like outside terrace near the lounge and pool area. Perhaps the syndic could arrange it to be better maintained (i.e. painted). :-) 2) The noise inside the apartment (in our case coming from the downstairs garage and upstairs neighbour), simply because of the fact that inside the bathroom there is a technical area containing the necessary pipes behind a wooden door (read: a 50cm x 50cm OPEN hole, i.e. if you look down through the hole you see the garage and hear the people talk). But then again, it was also funny hearing our upstairs neighbour in the morning recovering from his hangover(?) :-) If this could be addressed by applying some noise reduction isolation, that would be great. I can imagine this issue applies to all One Bay apt, but could be wrong.

the apartment had everything we needed and was very well located. it was very close to the beach but also restaurants and supermarkets were an easy drive away

Beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment in the perfect location. Only a few minutes away from the beach, the shop, bus stop. The apartment was cleaned nearly every day. Fully equipped with everything you needed. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. Even when we had bad weather, he was sending us messages if we are OK:).

Nothing to dislike

It is a really upscale apartment and it's highly recommended. The location is great as it's within walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a bus stop. What is really great is its size and the fact that it is brand new. So everything works as it should. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms which is really convenient. The kitchen/ living room is spacious and is equipped with everything you need for a few day stay. The cleaning lady came everyday even though it wasn't really necessary but it's a nice touch. There is also a nice swimming pool but we didn't use it as it was a bit too cold. What's more we messaged the property and got a very good recommendation of a local driver who we then asked for a few drives on the island. All in all this property is recommended despite it's rather steep price.

We liked nearly everything. It's just that the apartment was a bit expensive but then we used it only for 2 persons. If you come with a whole family then the cost is justified. Also we got an apartment on the ground floor so you had to close the blinds on the terrace otherwise you are clearly visible in your living room to those who leave the building.
